REFUND POLICY
No Quibble Returns:

Please return any snacks you have bought from us in their original packaging for an exchange or refund within 30 days if they don't meet your expectations. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or out of code.

Returns:
We have a 30 day return policy. Regretfully, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Your item has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

Refunds:
Items Damaged Upon Arrival
If upon delivery you find that your items are clearly damaged, you should decline the delivery and notify us of the damage within seven days. This will be very beneficial to us when we bring up the issue with our designated courier. We will replace the damaged items as soon as they are returned to our warehouse. When items are being returned to us because they arrived damaged, this is usually the case.

Goods Not As Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we strongly recommend that you notify us as soon as possible via email.

Duplicate Items
Please inform us as soon as possible to let us know if your order or the items were mistakenly duplicated.

If You've Just Had a Change of Heart
If, after placing an order with us, you decide that you would like to cancel it, you can do so and receive a refund for any money you paid us. The requirements are as follows: (a) the goods must not have been in your possession for more than seven working days (a "working day" is defined as any day other than Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays); and (b) you must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel the order. Please be aware that if you have opened any of the products you have bought from us, you are not able to return them.

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order has been received by us in writing.
If we collect the goods from you, we may charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from your refund).
